ON ADMIRAL RODNEY'S ALLOWING THE GOVERNOR OF ST. EUSTATIUS
ONLY ONE HOUR TO CONSIDER OF A SURRENDER.
  How vast the gallant Rodney's power;
  How glorious he appears, 
  Who more has done in one short hour
  Than others have for years."
